Mobile Refueling System
TAGRS-HD is tailored and employed as a fully integrated system consisting of: a fuel pump, filter separator, heavy-duty trailer, collapsible fabric tanks (CFT), flowmeters, fuel hoses, fuel hose components, underwing and overwing nozzles, and necessary grounding equipment. The TAGRS-HD is integrated on a M1102 trailer variant capable of being towed by a range of tactical vehicles. The system is further designed for internal load transport via CH-47 and provisioned for helicopter lift.

Trailer
- Heavy-duty single-axle trailer w/standard HMMWV size tire/wheel assemblies
- Heavy-duty retractable dolly jack & 2 stabilizer support legs
Pump
- Ohler Model 36 aluminum pump
- Hatz IB50 engine
- Valved unisex dry lock inlet and discharge connection points
- 250 GPM @ 30 PSI, 155 GPM @ 50 PSI and max pressure up to 70 PSI
CFTs
- Equipped with 3,000 gallons fuel bladders for a total of 6,000 gallons of collapsible storage
- CFTs meet MIL-PRF-32233C
Hoses
- 400′ of 2″ lay flat discharge hose in 50-foot sections
- 40′ of 3″ diameter rigid suction hose 5-foot sections
Fuel Filter/Separator
- FS capable of providing 240 GPM of filtered fuel
- Filter discharges are located on drivers side, intake located on passengers side
Ancillary Equipment
- 2 – D1 nozzles
- 2 – Service nozzles
- 2 – 75′ grounding reels
