The 2026 Inc. 5000 recognizes a new class of companies redefining what business growth looks like across the United States.

Among the 5,000 companies named to the 2026 list, the median three-year revenue growth rate was 130%. Collectively, the honorees added more than 627,208 jobs to the U.S. economy during the past three years.

How Companies Qualify for the Inc. 5000
Companies on the 2026 Inc. 5000 are ranked according to their percentage revenue growth from 2022 through 2025.
To qualify for the 2026 list, a company must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2022. It must also have been U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent, rather than a subsidiary or division of another company, as of December 31, 2025.
Companies were required to report a minimum of $100,000 in revenue for 2022 and at least $2 million in revenue for 2025. Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons.
Celebrating the 2026 Inc. 5000 Honorees
Inc. will recognize the 2026 honorees during the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, taking place October 14 through October 16, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
The top 500 companies will also be featured in the fall issue of Inc. Magazine.
