Managed by DLA Troop Support, the TLS Programs allow authorized government agency customers to quickly and easily allocate MIPR or MILSTRIP funds to procure mission critical equipment and services. TLS Program provides total logistics support for special operational equipment and fire and emergency services equipment.
Ordering Direct from Darley Using TLSP
Step 01
Contact Darley
Contact your Darley rep to request a quote, we will work with you to outline logistics, part numbers, shipping, as well as lead times and pricing to provide you a quote.
Step 02
Unit Registration
Your designated Finance Office Point of Contact (FOPOC) can download the following forms to register for an account with the SOE Program and FESE Program.

SOE Registration Email: SOECustomerRegistration@dla.mil
Step 03
Quote & Receipt Confirmation
Your FOPOC's quote is received from Darley. Your Darley rep will help complete and submit New Order Request form to DLA Support. Then you receive confirmation of receipt from DLA Troop Support KO.
Step 04
Send Price Notification
KO sends price notification spreadsheet to your FOPOC. FOPOC action required.
Step 05
Return Price Notification
FOPOC returns price notification spreadsheet with funding information to DLA.
Step 06
Darley Notified of Pending Award
Winning vendor receives notification from DLA Troop Support regarding pending award based on best value to the end user.
Step 07
Winning Vendor Authorized to Perform
DLA Troop Support obligates funds and authorizes winning vendor to perform on contract.
