As Director of Capture Management, I strive to leverage my leadership experience, strategic mindset, and customer-focused approach to identify growth opportunities, develop winning strategies, and position Darley for long-term success. My goal is to serve as a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that our solutions address mission requirements while strengthening Darley’s reputation as a dependable and innovative industry leader.
Outside of work, I enjoy hunting, fishing, flying, scuba diving, and traveling. Above all, I value spending quality time with family and friends, especially if it includes watching the Wisconsin Badgers, Ole Miss Rebels, or Green Bay Packers.
