This state-of-the-art equipment is revolutionizing our machining capabilities, enhancing setup efficiency, and delighting our customers with faster service. Key features include:

- 6-pallet Automatic Pallet Changer (APC): Minimizes downtime between setups, allowing quick and efficient switching between jobs

- 320-tool Automatic Tool Changer (ATC): Eliminates time-consuming tool changes during machining, boosting productivity
Our decision to invest well over $1 million in the 6 APC and 320 ATC was driven by the goal of optimizing setup times for maximum efficiency. By integrating setup times internally with other cycle times, we’ve achieved significant improvements in overall efficiency.
