Darley welcomed Nate Habeck as our new Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO) on July 13, 2026. Nate brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across information technology, business operations, manufacturing, supply chain, cybersecurity, and business intelligence.
Before joining Darley, he spent four years with a family-owned business, Bimeda Animal Health, and 23 years with Baxter Healthcare Corporation leading technology and operations teams.
Nate was drawn to Darley by its mission and values and sees this as a force multiplier that can help teams work faster, make better decisions, and better serve customers.
Nate shared, “For me, a successful technology organization starts with the business, understanding how it operates and what success looks like for our customers.” He goes on to say, “Technology’s role is to enable that, not distract from it.”
