Compressed Air Foam System (CAFS)

A process whereby compressed air is introduced into a water and foam solution by a mechanical means and a highly aspirated, high energy foam product is generated.

A compressed air foam system not only works great for direct fire fighting, but it also works great for creating a foam blanket that is commonly used for exposure protection.
